К публикации принимаются статьи на русском и английском языках.

ОБЩИЕ ПОЛОЖЕНИЯ

1. Представляемый материал (научная статья, аналитический материал по результатам научных исследований) должен быть оригинальным и не опубликованным в других печатных изданиях.
2. Статьи, поступающие в редакцию, могут быть подвергнуты проверке в системе «Антиплагиат».
3. Принятые к публикации статьи размещаются в открытом доступе на странице журнала в сети Интернет.
4. Журнал принимает к рассмотрению только статьи, соответствующие тематике издания.
5. Статьи, поступающие в редакцию, проходят обязательное рецензирование.
6. Плата за публикацию в журнале «Арктика 2035» с авторов не взимается.
7. Авторы обязуются соблюдать правила оформления статей (ниже).

ПОЛИТИКА ЖУРНАЛА В ОБЛАСТИ ИСПОЛЬЗОВАНИЯ ТЕХНОЛОГИЙ ИСКУССТВЕННОГО ИНТЕЛЛЕКТА (ИИ)

1. Использование ИИ для создания текста рукописи недопустимо. ИИ может использоваться только в ходе проведения исследования и в предварительной работе с текстом (в целях проверки грамматики, технического редактирования или перевода). Всю ответственность несет автор (авторы) рукописи.
2. В случае применения ИИ при подготовке подаваемой в журнал рукописи, автор обязан поместить сообщение об этом в файле с ее текстом. В методологическом разделе рукописи статьи автор должен описать конкретный способ применения программного средства ИИ для решения задач проведенного им исследования.

Аннотация статьи на русском и английском языках (250 – 300 слов). Аннотация включает в себя краткое изложение темы, основную цель исследования, указание используемых методов, наиболее важные полученные результаты, практическую значимость исследования.
 
Ключевые слова: 5–7 слов или словосочетаний, разделённых точкой с запятой

ТЕКСТ СТАТЬИ
Введение. Содержит актуальность исследуемой проблемы, цель исследования, указание используемых методов, краткий обзор предыдущих работ по теме (их тенденций, пробелов).
Основное содержание. Если есть заголовки разделов/подразделов/ подразделов, они должны быть выделены так, чтобы была понятна структура заголовков в тексте – к какому уровню относится заголовок.
Заключение. Содержит основные результаты исследования.

Объём статьи — до 0,5 авторского листа (до 20-25 тыс. знаков с пробелами).
Шрифт основного текста — Times New Roman; размер шрифта основного текста — 12 пт; межстрочный интервал — полуторный; отступ первой строки абзаца — 1,25 см; выравнивание текста — по ширине.
Поля: верхнее и нижнее — 2 см, правое и левое — 3 см.
Ссылка на источник указывается в квадратных скобках с указанием порядкового номера источника из списка, а также номера страницы, например: [3, с. 111].
 
Литература
Пристатейные библиографические списки оформляются в соответствии с ГОСТ Р 7.0.100–2018.
Источники в списке располагаются в порядке их упоминания в тексте и нумеруются.
В оригинальной научной статье необходимо упоминание не менее 10–20 источников, имеющих автора (в том числе не менее 5–8 иностранных источников на иностранном языке).

ТЕХНИЧЕСКИЕ ТРЕБОВАНИЯ

Вместе с текстом статьи должны быть переданы:

• обязательно — фотография(и) автора(ов) размером не менее 0,5 Мбайт;
• опционально — иллюстративные материалы (графики, диаграммы, схемы, картографический материал и т. п.) — подписи под таблицами, схемами и картинками должны быть набраны текстом и включены в статью;
• по возможности — фотографии, иллюстрирующие отдельные тезисы статьи (с подписями, указанием места в тексте и авторства);
• все иллюстративные материалы необходимо посылать только отдельными файлами.

Текст статьи набирается в текстовом редакторе Microsoft Word, оформляется по шаблону, пример которого находится по следующей ссылке, записывается с расширением .doc, .docx или .rtf. Название файла должно состоять из фамилии автора и названия статьи.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The submitted material (a research article or analytical paper based on the results of scientific research) must be original and not previously published in other printed sources.
2. Articles accepted for publication are made openly accessible on the journal’s website.
3. The journal only accepts articles that correspond to its thematic scope.
4. All manuscripts submitted to the editorial board undergo mandatory peer review.
5. The editorial board may check submitted manuscripts using anti-plagiarism software.
6. No publication fee is charged to authors.
7. Authors must strictly follow the formatting requirements described below.

ARTICLE FORMATTING

The article must include the following elements:

INFORMATION ABOUT THE AUTHOR(S)
Full name (surname, first name, patronymic); position; academic degree; academic title; institutional affiliation(s), address(es), and e-mail(s) of all or one of the authors; ORCID; title of the article; abstract (100–250 words): the abstract should briefly describe the topic, main objective, research methods, key results, and the practical significance of the study; keywords (5–7 words or phrases separated by semicolons); acknowledgment of funding or grants (if applicable); acknowledgments (if applicable).

FULL TEXT OF THE ARTICLE
Length: from 0.5 to 1 author’s page (approximately 20,000–40,000 characters with spaces).
Font: Times New Roman, size 12 pt.
Margins: top and bottom — 2 cm; left and right — 3 cm.
Line spacing: 1.5; first-line indent — 1.25 cm.
Alignment: justified.
Page numbering: continuous, centered at the bottom.
References to formulas: in round brackets; formulas should be created in a formula editor.
Figures and diagrams: inserted in Word; raster images should be provided separately in .jpg format with a resolution of at least 300 dpi.

REFERENCES
The reference list should comply with GOST R 7.0.100–2018.
Sources are listed in order of appearance in the text and numbered.
Citations in the text are given in square brackets, indicating the number of the source and page number, e.g., [3, p. 111].
If a publication has a DOI, it should be included after the reference, e.g.: DOI: https://doi.org/xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx
Each research article must cite at least 10–20 sources with identified authors.
Author self-citation may not exceed 20% of the total number of references.
The original language of the publication should be indicated in parentheses at the end of the entry, e.g., (In Russ.).

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Footnotes and endnotes (other than reference list citations) are not allowed.
All explanatory notes must be included directly in the main text.

The text of the article is typed in the Microsoft Word text editor, formatted according to the template, an example of which can be found at the following link, with the extension .doc, .docx, or .rtf. The file name should consist of the author's last name and the title of the article.
